Karen works closely with executive teams to clarify priorities, align direction, and move from strategy to action—bringing a practical, grounded approach to navigating complexity and change.

She has a BA in Law & Psychology from Carleton University and MBA in Information Technology Management from Athabasca University, holds executive certifications in AI Business Strategy from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and in AI Ethics, Regulation and Compliance from the University of Oxford, and is a Prosci® Certified Change Management Practitioner.
